Writing in Inkhaven is free. Only the paid plans with larger monthly AI allowances are billed: Inkhaven Plus at $6 a month or $48 a year, and Inkhaven Pro at $15 a month or $120 a year. You can cancel at any time, and annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Plan → Manage billing. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your writing is never deleted or locked because a plan ends.

If Inkhaven has a serious outage or a feature you paid for doesn’t work, email us and we’ll make it right with a refund or credit.
How to ask
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account’s email address with the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
EU and UK customers
You have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you subscribe, you ask us to start your plan right away and agree that, for a monthly plan, you lose this right once the service has started. Annual plans keep the 14-day full refund above either way.
Price changes
If the price of your plan changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
